•PDFs, images, and notes you upload for processing
•Flashcards, MCQs, and resources you create
•Your study progress and performance data

Usage Information

•How you interact with Neobloc (features used, time spent)
•Device and browser information
•IP address and general location

2How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

•Provide our service: Generate flashcards, process your uploads, track your progress
•Improve Neobloc: Understand how users study to make the platform better
•Communicate: Send important updates, respond to support requests
•Process payments: Handle subscriptions through our payment provider (Stripe)
•Ensure security: Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3AI Processing & Your Content

When you upload content for AI processing:

•Your content is sent to our AI providers (OpenAI) for processing
•Generated study materials are stored in your account
•We do NOT use your content to train AI models
•Your content is not shared with other users

Your content stays yours. We only process it to provide you with study materials.

4Who We Share Data With

We only share your data with:

•Supabase: Our database and authentication provider
•OpenAI: For AI-powered content generation
•Stripe: For payment processing (we never see your full card number)
•Vercel: Our hosting provider

We never sell your data. We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

5Data Security

We protect your data with:

•Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
•Secure, hashed password storage (never plain text)
•Row-level security ensuring you only access your own data
•Regular security reviews and updates

6Your Rights

You have the right to:

•Access: View all data we have about you
•Correct: Update your profile information
•Delete: Remove your account and all associated data
•Export: Download your study materials (Anki export, etc.)

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and study materials within 30 days. Some anonymized analytics data may be retained longer for service improvement.
